Online Non Flame cooking - Vegetable Salad
Students of grade XI and XII, under the guidance of Ms. Monika, conducted an online vegetable carving and non- flame cooking activity. It was an extremely sucessful intervention for increasing nutritional knowledge, effective use of kitchen tools like knife and peeler, independently balancing flavours, coordinating colours and infusing art integration. Due emphasis was given to hygienically preparing the salad by properly washing hands, cleaning and rinsing the vegetables and creative presentation.
